Vendor Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 24 hours of the event date results in a non-refundable 15% deposit

Weather Conditions: In the chance of bad weather, rain, dust and extreme humidity, our furniture cannot be placed outside, we would be happy to place them inside the house, but the client is responsible of creating space for the items

Missing & Damaged Items Policy: In-case of loss of any rented item the customer will be charged the value of the item.
